Private Events
Hello! Thank you for considering Black Hills Burger and Bun Co. for your special event! We would love to have you join us for a private dining experience. Listed below are our options for you:
The entire dining room will be your private space
2 hour time slot of either 5-7pm or 6-8pm (please arrive on time)
Our full menu will be available to your group: www.blackhillsburgerandbun.com to view
6 craft beers on tap and domestics in a bottle
House wine by the glass
A list of wines by the bottle will be forwarded by request
Group sizes up to 60 people (4 high chairs available)
$1600 minimum: we will ring up all purchases and if the minimum has not been met, the remainder will be added on as a flat fee.
Groups under 20 people will have a 10% gratuity added to the order minimum or final bill (whichever is larger)
Groups 20-40 people will have a 20% gratuity added
Groups 40+ people will have a 30% gratuity added
$500 deposit is required to hold the date and time slot – if 2 weeks are given notice that you need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded
